We start with two major works by Max Reger (B-A-C-H, op. 46 and fis-Moll
Variationen, op. 73), followed by a rarely performed Partita by
Hugo Distler, including the opening chorale on "Jesus Christus, unser
Heiland".
The highlight of this retrospective is Arnold Schoenberg's Variations,
